I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. There are times in life when we deal with obstacles too difficult to put into words. Perhaps you’re feeling empty, anxious, angry or not having the energy to engage in relationships the way you did in the past. This may be due to a difficult medical diagnosis or perhaps a challenging life transition. Or, maybe you’re not sure of the cause. As a strength-based therapist I will listen and work with you to better understand, and decrease the distress you feel. We will proceed at your pace, as you are ready and willing to tackle the issues that matter most to you.

I specialize in working with adults struggling with various life challenges including cancer, anxiety, relationship issues or difficult life transitions. I've developed and taught groups on reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and mindfulness-based practices. Use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), breath work, meditation, and supportive psychotherapy can help you calm your nervous system and manage your life. I work to create a non-judgmental, safe environment that allows you to heal and grow in a way that is best for you.

I maintain physical office space in Fairfield and Trumbull. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I look forward to working with you to help you find the peace and wellness you are seeking.
